I would like to thank the following location for the below photo opportunities. The Owl photos were photographed at the Spring Brook Nature Center in Itasca, IL.. Photos are taken either during special exhibits with the birds or through cage wires. The photo is then worked with in a photo editing software program to give it a more natural look.

Note: I am sorry to have to say that in February of 2005 the below pictured Great Horned Owl died. My heart goes out to the Spring Brook Nature Center, for they put there heart and souls into the care of all of their charges and "Duke's" passing was a hard hit for everyone.
