| This is a very abdundant bird in our area. The Canada Goose is a very graceful water bird both in water and on land. My experiences with matching lost or abandoned goslings with parents that have young of similar age, make me believe that they are more intelligent than most water birds. Most ducks (especially mallards) do not seem to take in young that are not their own. |
